We started working with Innovative Gateway in 2001 when we switched from our software based credit card processing system to their online system. Since we were one of the first adopters of the Gateway, we actually took part in providing our feedback regarding the system and wish list items we wanted to see added. Their development team was terrific and listened to everything we had to say. Anytime we had a question or required any assistance they were there for our company. Furthermore, to date they are still the most responsive vendor we do business with and they continue to constantly improve their product and add new features.

Our company is completely reliant on their service for all of our credit card transaction processing and they are one of the most integral pieces of our business. IGS has been a wonderful company to grow along side and they get five stars from our company for both their product offerings and impeccable customer service. In a business world where customer service and product development is often hit or miss it is great to see a company that truly goes above and beyond at all times.
